From the S&W Performance Center, Airweight J Frame, 1.875" barrel. Special edition Gunsmoke PC Wyatt Deep Cover Model. DeSantis Hip Grips with gold S&W escutcheons, SS Cylinder with high polish cylinder flutes. Silver color frame with logos. SKU 170347. Manufacture date 091714, fired shell case envelope has same date.
I purchased this gun new from dealer in January, 2015. It comes with box, padlock, internal lock with key and is unfired by me. Cylinder face indicates all five chambers were possibly fired at the factory before delivery. There is one small ding on the right side of the top strap which was present at the time of purchase, probably from a bump while moving in or out of the display case each day. This revolver has an exposed hammer with the spur completely removed and highly polished. It is factory made to shoot double action only. The trigger is a highly polished smooth faced MIM part. The cylinder release is highly polished, as are the three screws holding the side plate in place, which have not been removed. The cylinder flutes are also highly polished. The action is very good for a J Frame.
There is a faint line on the cylinder showing that the gun has been dry fired. This was in evidence when I bought the gun, and I have dry fired it no more than ten times. It has not been carried. Condition is as I purchased it new in the box from the dealer. Box and all items present are as the gun was delivered to me. I bought this gun because it was and is a small run of the model. It would be an excellent EDC or house gun.
