I acquired this rifle in a trade some years ago and have never fired it. I would say that it's unfired but I discovered a few grains of burnt powder on the bolt. Truegunvalue.com list a new one at $960.00 and a used one at 80% at $897.20. Let's say $800 and the buyer pays shipping from my FFL to yours. All state and federal laws apply.
