As things are pretty quiet around here, I went with my wife for a quick park walk with the dogs this morning. The other walkers were very pleasant and the walk was enjoyable. As we started down the last block a siren was sounding. It was across the street from a high school expansion project. Every thirty seconds or so the bullhorn siren would stop and a women screamed out on the bullhorn, "Stop working and walking. You are going to be the first to die". I almost feel that I should give the police a call to do a welfare check on this woman. I think she has gone off the deep end. Should I just forget about it or should I let somebody know.

Quickly make a sign with a stick to hold it up. Make sure it says, "The world is ending!" Then find her and walk in a circle around her. She'll probably join you.

On second thought, they're stabbing people for toilette paper. Let the cops handle it.

We don't have any of the disposable face masks, but will probably have to go to the supermarket sometime in the next few days. I do have an MSA industrial face mask respirator, and my wife insists that I wear it when I go. Normally I'd think that if I wore it into a supermarket someone might think I was attempting a stick-up and call the cops, but I doubt that will happen today. I guess I'll find out.

There's a large tract of open space/park nearby where I've been relearning to walk (it's going well!) There's a woman I see occasionally,singing hymns at the top of her lungs, waving her arms at the sky as she walks around the lake. Nobody crowds her atall!
