Lemme tell you. Pocket Vole is definitely a misnomer. They make lousy pockets. It takes a heap of 'em, and they really don't like being sewn together. The bite scars on my fingers will probably never heal.
After viewing the "estate", I keep hearing a song in my head: "I've got some oceanfront property in Arizona..."!

PS, did you know he also ought a converted a WWII Minesweeper into the first little fishing boat he ever had. Its the truth. He bought it fromJohn Wayne--and even kept the original name: the: Golden Goose. Its now a tourist attraction and I think is still moored near Longbeach in Calif.
