I was working on a project and tapping some holes for a 3' piece of threaded rod with a piece of plastic on the end. I felt the call of nature so I carried it to the can with me so I could examine it while sitting down to figure out the next step. My wife comes to pick up some clothes, looks at me and says nonchalantly, "I hope you aren't going to need that."
I laff and I laff.
My device is going to be a hull deflector for my SKS which shoots brass all over creation. I was going to reload for it when I first got it but lost all of my good brass first outing. So I started buying cheap Russian ammo at $12/40. Well, those days are gone so I'm thinking about reloading for it again, but only if I can keep track of the brass. Necessity is the mother of invention.
