Something I’ve never seen - Win .38 125gr LHP +p?

This WW JHP bullet has been around for a long time…I started seeing them in the late 1970s early 1980s. They pale compared to today's bullet types. Great range ammo though.
That is true, they were nothing more than the SJHP bullets used in their 357 Magnum loads. At high velocity, expansion was was good, but at 38 Special +P velocity, a lot less expansion.

It used to be a regular production item and the only factory .38 special ammo other than SuperVel that I ever bought. It disappeared years back. I still have my Colt Cobra loaded with the few I have left. I wish they would bring it back to regular production.

edit: This was for the LSWC HP 125 +P ammo not the JSP you now say you have. I have used those bullets in my loads but never in factory loads. The bullet works pretty good in .38 special or .357 Magnum either one. Killed a few deer with it in a 1905 HE with a 5" barrel.
