South Carolina – The Governor has signed Bill 3594 making South Carolina the 29th state to pass Permitless Carry. It lowers the age to apply for a permit and to carry under permitless carry to 18. Though Louisiana Governor signed his bill first (28th state) the South Carolina Bill went into effect the moment the Governor signed it while Louisiana will not go into effect until July 4. 2023-2024 Bill 3594 Text of Previous Version (Mar. 05, 2024) - South Carolina Legislature Online

Georgia boy here, I would like to welcome our brothers from the great state of South Carolina to begin exorcising their second amendment constitutional rights!

Side note, y’all still can’t beat the Georgia Bulldogs whether or not y’all armed or not!

Nope, not going to happen unless we have a major political shift here. Let's wait and see how Youngkin's veto's go on all the anti gun bills that made it through.

Congratulations to South Carolina!

Laws like this are sadly needed, since no one can read and understand 2A in the gubbermint just yet...
