I recently came into my first S&W pistol.

When I inquired about black grips for my "new" pistol, he piped up that he had a set available and, after looking around, I decided to buy his. As it worked out, he is in the Phoenix area and I was down there for the Seahawks/Cardinals game this weekend with my wife and two friends. We managed to meet up at his tailgate event before the game, he plied us with a round of drinks and then gave me the grips. This is a guy that didn't even know I existed two weeks ago. This isn't the first time that I've met a stand up guy in this hobby, but it still surprises me a bit when people will go out of their way to help a complete stranger.
Greg, you're a seriously good dude. I think we'll be back next year, so I hope we can hook up then and spend a bit more time together. Thanks again for the hospitality.
