Speer GD 135gr HP ammo

I got a couple of 20 rd boxes of this ammo and it says personal protection short barrel ammo.
I just got a couple of 50 rd boxes of this ammo and they are marked LE duty ammunition,nothing about short barrel.
Is there a difference?

Everything Speer makes in .38+P and .357 with a 135 gr. bullet utilizes the Short Barrel bullet.
