Up for sale is my Mag-na-Port custom 29-10 3" barrel. This gun started life as a "Bounty Hunter" and was sent to Mag-Na-Port where it got their "dual trapezoidal porting", an action job, 11deg barrel crown, grip frame reduced to K/L round size, chambers numbered. I had Dietrich Gunsmithy chamfer the charge holes, bevel the leading edge of the cylinder, polish the hammer and trigger, bead blast the gun then parkerize it, and I put on a set of Pachmayr Compac grips.
This is a great carrying and shooting gun, the porting makes a huge difference in muzzle rise and the recoil comes straight back instead of up. It is quite accurate and the DA pull is smooth and light, SA is clean and crisp. The total round count is low, though I don't know the exact number, I've put less than 50 rounds through it. I believe I have a couple of speed loaders for it that will be included in the sale (if I can find them).
**SPF**The price is $1000 shipped to your FFL, who must be willing to receive guns from individuals. I accept paypal (+4%) or USPS money orders as payment.
