I am at least the third owner of this Model 41, SN-UAH94xx. I bought it last year from a Bullseye-L list member to use as my primary BE rimfire gun. I love shooting this gun because it is so accurate, but it is too heavy for my old worn out shoulder.
When I first got the gun, I had a lot of reliability problems, failure to eject and failure to recock on recoil. I sent it in to S&W, they restored it to factory specs at no charge, even though I told them that I was not the original owner. Gotta love S&W customer service!
Since then, no more reliability problems.
The gun comes with three barrels, 5 inch with iron sights, 7 inch with iron sights, and 5 inch cut down from 7 inch with a 1" Ultradot mounted on a Weaver rail.

Asking $850 shipped my FFL to your FFL, will also consider trade for M&P FS 45 with night sights and Crimson Trace grips or Marvel Unit 1 on dedicated frame with 3.5 - 4.0 pound trigger job.
Please PM if interested,
Thanks!
