SPF--Getting out of the .357 business to concentrate on the .45ACP and .22LR Bullseye discipline. Lots of guns and so little time:(
This is a S&W Model 586 4" blue .357 Magnum 6-shot that I sent to S&W for their Combat Revolver Package and the Master Revolver Action Package. S&W Shop Receipt is included with gun. S&W does some nice work, even if they are a little slow on returning the pistols. Package work-lists entailed:
Glass Bead Finish-The shiny blue is now a glass-bead matte blue. Understated and nicely done.
Tuned Action
Trigger Stop
Chamfer Charge Holes
Polish Rebound Spring, Hammer Stud and Yoke Barrel Bosses
Detail Lockwork Surfaces
Stone Hammer and Trigger Contact Areas
Test Fire for Function
I asked for a pinned Gold Bead Patridge Front sight, and they did good with that, too. The "M" work to the hammer/firing pin was done also.
Ran a couple of IDPA matches with this after the rework, and it performs just fine, and looks good doing it.
Asking $750 Shipped Insured in a S&W hard case, or will trade for a Springfield Armory Range Officer in like condition.
Terms: First "I'll Take It" reply to this ad, followed by an Email Only to [email protected] gets it. (No PM/IM or other M since I can't read those from work, or access this site due to the Anti-Fun/Anti-Gun censor)
Payment can be USPS Money Orders, Cashier's Check from an actual Bank, or a Personal Check if you don't mind waiting the 12 days it takes my Credit Union to clear the check for me to ship.
I ship from my FFL to your FFL, insured for purchase price. I always email when money is received, and when the firearm ships, with a tracking number from my FFL. I also leave Feedback each transaction, and ask for the same from any purchaser. Helps to know whom to trust for future business. I am on this forum with a bunch of feedback, and also Gunbroker with 104 A+ transactions as Amanda4461.
More pics available if desired. I'll switch to a better camera if necessary.
Thanks for looking!
