I'm not really complaining seeing as how so much of the West is going through a record drought. But this has been a pretty damp and cool spring here on this part of the Oregon Coast. The Cottage Grove reservoir (about 70 miles from here) is currently at 105% capacity. Tomorrow is supposed to be the last rain for a little while and the temps are going to stay at least in the mid 60's during the day. We're even going to get a couple of days in a row with temps nearing 70. Of course, that won't last. Will be nice to get out for a little bit anyway. Maybe even get in a little shooting without having to take cover in my car every few minutes. Hopefully this cooler weather will cut down on the fire hazard some. Last year was pretty bad for most of the West.
