Springfield XDS 45 Like New Carry Package

I have a like new XDS 45. No FTE or FTF ever. I shot it maybe 150 rounds tops. It will come with the following:

5 magazines: 1flat 5rd, 2 Pearce 5 rd, 2 ext mag 7rd

Talon grip installed

Ameriglo Hack Night Sight

IWB holster from firearm holster made by Gavin

Leather Appendix holster, zero cant made by kusiak holsters

Asking 550 for the above, 750 for everything with ammo, or 250 for the ammo alone.

I have 800 rounds of fmj 45 ammo and 40 rounds of federal hst self defense, so 840 total rounds. Ammo in pictures.
