I have had a few of the 171 piece run of 3 inch Square Butt Mod 60-1's.
I don't recall ever seeing a Square Butt 2 inch Model 60 No Dash.
I also don't find any reference to it in the SCSW.
Am I missing it?

Lee;

I think they have been referenced elsewhere here in a thread, something along the lines of 1000 2 and 3" guns and the majority being 3".

John Jovino had some two inch and three inch advertised in Shotgun News in the 80s. I bought a three inch of theirs but not the 2 inch. I am not sure about a dash no. though.

I've got a pair of each of them them and all of mine are straight M-60's NO dash.

They were from a special run for Jovino in the 1980's. I spoke with Roy about these and he felt the total was about 1000 guns, the majority being the 3" heavy barrel.

I bought a NIB 3 inch square butt M-60 in October, 1984. My dealer got it from John Jovino's at my request. No dash, no barrel pin. S/N is AEV65xx. I admired it, showed it to a few friends, then put it in the safe, where it has sat for 28 years, unshot,not dryfired, in it's box with papers. I would have liked to have been able to afford both a 3 incher and a 2 incher, but I couldn't.

I would sell my pristine 3 incher for a fair price.
