I bought this holster the other day, thinking it would look good with my Mod 66. It's an old S&W brand holster from the 1970's. First one of it's kind I've had. Looks pretty good.

There's just something classic about brown basketweave leather and stainless steel.

Very nice!!
The 4" mdl 66 is one of the finest looking revolvers ever made IMO and that holster really sets it off.

That's a beauty that would make any revolver look good but it looks really great with a Nickel gun.

I can't imagine any member here not being pleased to own that combo!

I have the exact same holster and I'm currently thinking about a nickel model 19-4 at my local toystore for $400 to put in it.

It's got my dad's Victory model M&P in it right now, but I'm kicking around the idea of maybe a wooden display case for it.

The classic brown basket and holster design really set of a nice weapon, I just got one of of Ebay for my 19 and can't wait to get it.

I saw a deputy sheriff in central Illinois carrying his 66 in a rig like that at a truck stop in '77. A year later after I graduated from the police academy I went out and bought a simlar holster for my Python. Wish I still had the holster. Still have the Python. Should've got a 66 when I had the chance.

Great picture.
