Starline backorder

I just recently (3 weeks ago) ordered .44 mag brass from them it said backordered. I had it within a week. Website currently says no orders allowed for .44 mag.

I got 500 pieces for $114.50 shipped. That's pre pandemic pricing, FYI.

I've had a Lee .358/158 swc mold on b/o from OpticsPlanet since 12/26/2020.

Redding Presses seem to be available hit and miss. I got an email from a supplier a few weeks ago saying T7 was in stock. But now they're sold out again.

Faster than I expected!

I recently ordered 2000 .38spl that were under backorder. I received my order in just over two weeks. I don't think I could ask for more in these times. Pre-pandemic pricing too.

A few months back I ordered some 12.7 x 42's on a Sunday and got it at the end of that week, it was also on backorder back then. Just relax, they are in a free state.

We need to be thankful that Starlite is not price gouging!

We need to be thankful that Starline is not price gouging. Or at least what we call price gouging, for there are reasons to raise prices right now! There's are still reasonable.

I ordered 1000 pieces of 38 super three weeks ago, and got them two weeks ago. But I am positive that it depends on what you order and what they have. I really appreciate them!

it's probably going to be a wait... I have an order from Steinel for some 9mm Largo right now, dating back to Nov 2020. They filled 1/2 the order quickly, the second half is delayed. When I contacted them, they said the issue was getting more brass from Starline.

A few months ago (?) I placed a very small order for a cal. that they have very little call for (.45 Cowboy). They told me that since they don't get much call for that caliber that it would be a good while before they'd tool up and make a run. No problem for me to wait....

You're a brave man to order from them. I gave up on them years ago due to items not in stock, when they said they were, and items never sent. They get no business from me.

You are absolutely right! I am just trying to use up a store credit (the result of an earlier mishap dealing with them). OpticsPlanet says they have free returns, however the returns are only free if you accept store credit, and not a refund. I do want the mold I ordered.
