Stop Stop Concealed Carry Facebook Page

So this knucklehead in Illinois, Lee Goodman, has an organization called "Stop Concealed Carry" and has a Facebook page that has about 300-400 likes. By the way, he is losing, as concealed carry is coming to Illinois.

A friend has created a new Facebook page called "Stop Stop Concealed Carry. Already has 70-ish likes. Great idea I thought. Like the page - I'd love to see it get more likes in a couple of weeks that the anti-fellow has gotten in several years!

I do not belong to Facebook, Never liked it, in fact I HATE it, my option is that it is NOT a very good internet idea, It is just not my type of thing and can not figure out why the kids of today love such a thing... I think it is bad karma

Sorry to say this but by the time you jump through all their hoops you will be to old to lift your piece. Plus, each local can mandate their OWN rules?? Good luck with that. I left in 1962 and never looked back.

That's what I was going to say. Sometimes concealed carry is a pain like when my shirt blows open. Much more convenient with open carry.

OF course... what if owner of the original group comes back with a "Stop stop stop concealed carry" facebook page? Heh, I don't give stuff on facebook much credence, no one who votes in Congress does, and you can have all the facebook pages in the world, but that won't change the SCOTUS decision that made their law need replacement.

In my opinion Facebook is an evil spiderweb of fake friends and will only get people in trouble. I only like and hate people in the real world.
The NSA already knows who we hang out with, probably shouldn't give them another avenue to keep track of us.
No tin foil hat needed here. The first thing the cops checked on the Gabby Giffords shooter was everyone he was "friends" with on facebook.

I like the link to "What mom's really want" where is says what mom's really want is for their kids to be safe, so you should get rid of their guns. Of course... my wife wanted my kids to be safe so not only did we buy some guns, but I got a CCW...

I also don't think the supporters of the page realize that if the state doesn't approve the measures on the table they get Constitutional carry... so I am in agreement that they should block the legislation there as much as possible...
