I tried ordering a Storm Lake 9mm conversion barrel (I pick up my FS M&P40 in about 6 days) and they sent me the 9c version. Will this still fit in my full size M&P40 cause it's the same length? (4.25)

The site says this was 4.25 but according to Smith's site, compact barrels are shorter...

EDIT: I think got the right barrel. It confused me though because the barrel is marked "9MMc" but the "c" could very well stand for "conversion"

"Compact" M&P barrel lenghts are 3.5". I did try the full lenght 9mm 4.25" in my .40c and it just did not work. I am quite sure a compact barrel will never work in a full size platform. If the barrel you received is actually the 4.25" mistakenly labeled as a "compact", then you should be good.

Where did you get your conversion barrel?

Sent from my HTC Evo 4G LTE

I measured the barrel, it's indeed 4.25, so this means it'll fit in my full-size M&P40 right?

I was just really thrown off by the markings that says "9MMc" but again the "c" could mean "conversion"

Awesome! Thank God I don't need to send it back, I hate the hassle.
