Not that I recall.
Let them churn away like the giant heat exchangers that they are and perhaps calm things down for the rest of the season.
Although most of them will stay over open waters or dissipate it only takes one to ruin some lives.
Still a ways to go this storm season the far southwestern Gulf hasn't yet begun to form the storms.

Storms are getting named that 50 years ago would not have been reported except to ship captains.
