Sudden change in M and P shield point of impact

A strange thing has afflicted my M and P shield Equalizer. I installed a tritium front sight ; suddenly the point of impact of 115 gr . ball ammo went drastically left of point of aim. OK maybe it was me ; No Even from a rest at ten yards still shots going 4 to 6 inches left. Now there is not enough adjustment on the rear sight or the front sight. The rear sight is hanging off the right side and the front sight is off center to the right and still point of impact is left ; 2 to 3 inches; any thoughts anyone ?

If the front is off center to the right you need to move it to the center.

Front sight is moved the opposite of where you where you want point of impact to go.

the front and rear are both off center to the right?
This makes no sense. is the new front site the same height as the original site?
one sentence says 4 to 6 inches left then the next says 2 to 3 inches left.
I would put both sites center of slide shoot it then have someone else shoot it and adjust accordingly.

Start with both sights in the middle and only move one at a time starting with the rear. If you get to the edge of the slot then move the front sight in the opposite direction you moved the front.

Remember the acronym FORS when adjusting your point of aim to point of impact.

Thanks for the advice everyone; I did start over, resetting the iron sights to center and test firing , got an adequate zero as back up sights, then reinstalled my Holosun and zeroed it.Much better. Thanks again.
