As some of you may have seen in my previous thread where I inherited a model 10-5.
Im hunting for a special set of stocks, but im not sure what I want. I do know that I dont want factory stocks or stag.
Because the gun was my grandfathers, I would like the stocks to be very special. Maybe a super rich, dark, bold ebony wood; or an exotic color variation in bone, or maybe something with an inlay.
Im looking for suggestions.

Model 10-5's look great with magna style stocks. Altamont makes some very nice magna style stocks in various woods and checkering patterns. Couple with a BK grip adapter and it will look fantastic and feel awesome. This is a model 19, but the stocks are altamont and the the grip adapter is BK.

I think I am leaning towards magnas but then its narrowing it down to what its made out of and the pattern on it or possibly an inlay.

I was just on the Altamont site. They have a pretty good selection at the moment.

Since it is a special gun to you, I'd try to catch a set of elks from Bigmtnman, they would look great on that mod 10! :)
