I have a like new SW 3913TSW (no rail) with the original case, mags and manual. I was wondering what the value on that would be in almost new condition? Also where would the best place be to sell it?

That's a very in-demand 3rd Gen as you've described it. :) I'd say nothing less than $500 and possibly much higher in a private sale. If it were unfired, I would not be surprised to see it hit $750 or more in an online auction.

Hell, I'd love to buy it myself! :D

Great, thank you for the information. I will try and add pictures to show its condition. Thank you again!

Bad news man...I just saw online as of last night those are barely bringing $250 since Lorcin just introduced their new line. I feel terrible for you so I'll give you $300 today.

:)

No really, you are at the best place to sell it and it will go to a good home here.

Their was one brand new in box on GB a couple months ago for $800 but I don't know if it sold or not. I am looking for one with the rail myself, but still an awesome pistol you have there.

Thank you. I hope so. It s a great looking firearm. I can't figure out how to provide pics on here or I would list some so all could see.

LOL; I get so confused at this time in the afternoon.....

...... weren't there 2 versions of the TSW w/o the rail????....... a 7 shot with cut grip frame( or was that only the Chief's Special?) and an 8 shot like the regular 3913???? OR did the 8 shot's all have a rail?????

Actually :D...I'm just to lazy to dig out my SCS&W.....

The 3913TSW and 3914TSW are my personal favorites of all S&W 3rd generation semi-autos and I tend to keep an eye on the listings when they come up for sale. They tend to go quickly and bring a good price. If you pistol is the model that is generally referred to as the pre-rail model, which has the shorter grip with the 7 round mag, they seem to come up for sale a bit more often, at least on the sites I watch, but still bring a good price. If you have the 3913TSW with the 8 round mag with the slightly longer grip, but has had the rail removed, those seem most in demand, whether with the original rail on or removed, again at least on the sites I watch. Maybe someone that watches different sites will have different thoughts on that.

Either way, you should not have a problem selling it, if that is what you are looking to do.

Thank you all for the information, I truly appreciate it. I am looking to sell this and have it listed on Gun Broker. I started the price at $600 with a buy it now for $700 so was checking on here to see what the value would be and to see how close I was in pricing it. It has all the parts it came with including the little caps for the mags, manual and case.

What is TSW again? Also, what is a 6906? Same size but slightly wider? Thanks

Totally Serious Weapon, dude

; )

Tactical Smith & Wesson

6906 is similar but double stack.

What is TSW? Originally it was "Team Smith and Wesson" but then it went to "Tactical Smith and Wesson" 'cause that sounded cooler...but who knows? Maybe "Totally Serious Weapon" will catch on.
