How's it going...I am loking for a rail for my Smith 40 Tactial ..I have tried everywhere with ni luck...hoping I could get some imput on where to find one

Just curious, but while you were "loking" did you check with S&W? 800-331-0852 When in doubt always check the obvious source first.

I recently acquired a 3913TSW and was fortunate enough to find the rail (removed by previous owner) in the box. If you are able to find a rail, I can put you on the trail of a good source for the rivets to re-install the rail, and if your 40 has similar dust cover thickness dimensions to my 3913, would be happy to send you a few rivets as I bought a box of 250 and only needed 2, so have a few extras.
