SWS Ambidextrous Charging Handle Latch now available

Just installed mine today. This is the best latch so far, imo. The big downside with the OEM is that it is difficult to grasp when you have a low scope mounted. This one sticks out just enough so you can get some finger on it which is perfect for me. It also just replaced my NDZ, which I thought was a little loose and stood out too far. Great job guys.

I didn't like the plastic feel to the oem version. Felt very easy to break.

I would for sure like one non anodized, so how would you like for me to go about ordering one? Im willing to bet that im not the only one wanting one like this, seeing how tacticool just came out with his new handle.

Mine installed into the Tacticool22 handle with no issues. Looks great & functions perfectly.

SWS & Tacticool22 go together like red beans & rice.

With tacticool22's offering of red and blue charging handles, I'd think you would have a few takers if you offered clear coated latches also. I've got a black handle from tacticool22 so I'll add a black latch to my shopping list.

Most likely I will stick to Black and maybe have a few clear coated. Down the road I will have some of the parts I offer in FDE, I just have to get some samples done to ensure I am happy with the color.

I didnt know you might do clear coated, so that is what I would prefer over a raw aluminum one. Looking forward to it

Very easy install into my Tacticool black handle.

The ambi latch now comes with an alignment pin to help with installation into the charging handle.

If you are thinking of changing out to a larger charging handle latch than this is the one to get, from SWS. This and my new tacticool charging handle go together like bread and butter. Both are of high quality craftsmanship.

This latch is designed to be a direct replacement for the OEM latch and should work just fine with the Tacticool22 billet charging handle.

This latch will negate the need to buy the PT handle just for the latch.

Jody as you know ITAR controlled or not,SWS will not ship anything outside of America,so the latch would be a nonoand with you not having any charging handles left its a non goer
