Neighbor dropped off a pair of S&W Target Stocks this afternoon. They appear to be K frame targets (I'm pretty sure} with the "football" cut'
no numbers or markings, Black cup washers, small silver/brass medallions (set somewhat to the rear) and a slight "swell" at the diamond. (Cokes??)
Unfortunately I do not have a SB K frame and my N frames all have lanyard rings so I can't just see what fits.
Anyway, they have a couple of issue problems like a missing chunk of wood just ahead of the extractor cut on the left panel and a small crack at the toe of the right panel. Other than that they are in nice shape.
My question is can they be repaired and are they worth the effort?
I need to set up my macro camera table to get some pictures
