TCC1953 1st post

This is my first post on the forum. I am 57 years old physically, 10 mentally (according to my wife of 39 years). I am not a true collector in the sense that I will not own a gun that I won't shoot. I shot handguns discriminately for many years, segued into rifles when I couldn't see the front sights on pistols any more and have eventually fallen into the shotgun games - trap, skeet, sporting clays. Never claimed to be any good at anything, but I have a good time. I am an Endowment Member of the NRA, and a founding member and life member of my gun club. I am a Life Member of the Alabama Gun Collectors' Assn. I am semi-retired (due to a disability) and still adjusting to that. I have a 5 year old grandson that made his 1st trip to an AGCA show (and joined) at 2 weeks of age. He is also an NRA member. Glad to be here!
