I finally have my problem resolved by no help from any of them.
Had to totally sign off and sign back in like a new customer and wal- la everything came back as it should have but those morons couldn’t see that?
We are saving a considerable amount by giving up Direct and all their boxes as well!
It’s funny that when you are a long sending customer they do not want to reward you with anything, but boy when you cut them off they’re ready to play let’s make a deal?
I’m getting more channels and more movies with the RoKu set up then with the premium service from Dorect that I was paying big money for!
