I'd say - It's a ridiculous opinion - we'll clarify it or change it to the contrary through the Tennessee legislation come next year! :mad:

In Tennessee, the AG is appointed. Sometimes that is good - Sometimes that is bad (such as now).

If it was Illinois, I'd guess the goof got the gig due to being the BIL of a Chicago alderman or ward committeeman?
 
So, this guy thinks only landowners have Second Amendment rights? Why stop there? Why should we let non-landowners have a right to privacy, or protection from self-incrimination? Why not force them to keep their dirty mouths shut, and make them go to church where we want them to? Shoot, we shouldn't have to let them vote, even!
