Thank you for allowing me into your community. I am a wheel gun type of person and enjoy these revolvers. I have a model 28 highway patrolman and recently purchased one of the j&g model 10 frames. I look forward to learning more about these revolvers and how they work. Thank you.

Welcome to the forum.

What part of Wyoming do you live in? Beautiful state.

Welcome aboard. I'm an old Wyomingite and it's on my short list to move to soon in my escape from Washington State. I still have family in Fremont County and I visit there annually for reunions and hunting. In fact I was just there a few weeks ago.

That Model 28 is perfect for the high lonesome in Wyoming. I shoot a 6" model 28 and a 6" Model 27 regularly out to a over a hundred yards on targets of opportunity in the Red Desert and the Gas Hills country.

thank you to all! I live in cheyenne but would rather be deeper in the state. The model 28 was a trade I made for a 6.5 grendel AR and $200 dollars and that trade include a model 88 winchester and a model 12 remington pump. All were rusty and had not been cleaned in 30 years. They cleaned up and worked just fine. I kept the 28 and sold the other 2 for $400 each. Now I need to find a Model 10 barrel and extractor star for my model 10-7.
