I have always been skeptical of the Sigma series. I found a 40VE with one mag thru it. The seller didn't like it at all, so I snagged it hoping it would make a good boat/truck gun.

First thing I did was the trigger mod posted here, and wow, what a difference. I haven't had a chance to hit the farm and try it out, but so far I am optimistic. My new Talo 40c will be here tomorrow, so I will be heading out to the farm Friday.

I have read about a pen spring mod, is this in place of the inner spring I kept in?

Thanks for pointing me towards an affordable little pistol that seems very well made.

Which trigger mod did you do? I have read a lot of mixed reports on them. "change the trigger spring, change both trigger and striker springs" and so on.
