Unfortunately, DOJ out here doesn't think that way. Franklin will only sell their BFS to LEO's here. MAinly due to the wording of what a semi-auto is. According to DOJ, only 1 round can be fired for each complete trigger cycle. Trigger pull and release is considered to be 1 cycle. The BFS and the Digitrigger both fire 2 rounds on a complete cycle.

Just another expensive toy! I will stick to the old school way. Hell these days everything is getting Hy-Tech, I guess they figure why not a AR.
