The hardest part

Sorry to hear of your loss buddy. I've gone through this so many time myself that I sometimes wonder why I continue this journey with dogs. But as you know, they give us so much love that you always go back for more. You did the right thing and she is grateful for your kindness and the love you and Cami gave her. She will be at the Bridge waiting for you. Our thoughts are with you, Cami and the family - think of all the fun times you had with her.

Never wanted anything but small dogs, usually had from two to four of them at once. Currently have three, two of which are getting well up in years (14 and 15), and one is stone deaf and can't see very well either. I am dreading that eventual one-way trip to the vet. I've been through many of those, I was always with them when the needle went in.

This, this is the price we pay for the unconditional love we get. I am sorry for your loss. It is one of the toughest duties we have. And it never gets any easier. I still think it is a fair exchange for the love we get, just wish it didn't hurt so bad sometimes.

It's tough because our pets give is such unconditional Love.

We have always had Dachshunds. My grandfather used to
raise them.

Most loyal little dog on the planet.

i'll never be without a small dog or two.
