Mazzy Star, Fade Into You. A favorite of mine from a much earlier time in my life. Very beautiful song and the singer Hope Sandoval is just a pretty woman with a wonderful voice. Not very animated in any of the videos of her or the band, but it is supposedly because she is a terribly shy person.

Crowded House, Don't Dream It's Over. One that Wendy always says when it first came out she thought Wuss Rock? But excellently used in the soundtrack of the 1994 TV miniseries of Stephen King's The Stand. For her it will always be special because it came out not very long before her dad died when she was 22 so both happy and sad at the same time. Thinking back in time when her dad was live, great. Thinking forward to her and her brother with him gone, sad.
