Have to admit, this is probably my favorite photo. Even if it is of me.

That's me on the left. I was in my mid-thirties so it must have been taken around 1982-83. It was about 60 miles up the Salmon River off the Clearwater. They floated the wood down the river to build the small cabin and deck. You can only get there by jet boat. Looks like I have my Weatherby in 7mm remmag..

Everything from the river was straight up and I mean high, but the deer hunting was exceptional once you got up there.

I guess what I like best about this pic is that I see I could still fit into my old Army fatigues.

My mom with her great grandson in 2003. This photo was taken by my daughter with her 'cell. I cleaned it up a bit with Photoshop. It won't make the cover of Modern Photography magazine, but maybe ya'll wlll get the idea.

As I get older, things (books, tools, cars, -- even guns) seem to become less important. Family is all that really counts.

My son, A1C Zachary S. Huber, when he graduated the USAF TACP school last November, quite a feat, they have 60% attrition rate.
Now that he's got his beret and his crest, AFSOC and the 20th ASOS are in the process of turning him into a high-speed, low-drag, BAMF (at least that what he tells me).

In reality he's prepping for deployment to Afghanistan in June and he's looking forward to the opportunity to put all of the training to good use.

Lord above there are some great photos here, please keep them coming.

Damn Yankee, that looks like a great dog, may he (or she) find the Rainbow Bridge quickly.

WC145, My best to your boy. My nephew is going into the same program. His dad, my Bil, was an Air Force Command Sargent Major who recently retired. My understanding is they are the best of the best.
