The one gun you would never sell

Wow, there is some amazing stuff going through this thread.
From what I have bought myself (so far) I wouldn't sell my Ruger SP101 because it is so solid, and I think it would make a great heirloom.
My Dad has already divvied up his guns in his will (he is a lawyer and has updated his Will almost yearly), I stand to get a H&R double action .22 blued revolver. I will then pass it on to my first born son, it is the gun I learned to shoot with and has a lot of personal meaning.

That would be my very early Ruger Mdl 77 long action, 30-06, that I bought in early 1971. I still own and shoot it, although it now sports a 338-06 barrel.

The reality for me is that I would not sell any of the firearms that the Government doesn't know about. My son says I am a little paranoid but Oh well, Just because I am paranoid doesn't mean they aren't out to get me.

I guess for me, it would be my SAA 45 colt that belonged to my great uncle. It was made in 1927, and has a mint floral tooled HH Heiser holster with an SD Myers gunbelt with cartridge loops. problem is I have 2 sons, both gun advocates, and I would have to flip a coin I guess. But then again, why could it not go to my daughter?
