Some gunshows, I have no idea how many, or what states, allow non-licensed people to set up tables and sell guns. I have seen it in Missouri and Iowa. Cash, no paperwork. I would think a gun-friendly state like Texas would also allow it.
Haven't you ever seen other face-to-face sales at (or in the parking lot) at gunshows?
Thank you but< i was being facitious (SP?) when I asked. I think their "loophole" is private sales. I bought my Remington .03 yesterday-as a private sale. This seller didnt have a FFL, but did ask for ID-I gave him my LTC and we were good to go.
