I actually think this movie is better than Clint's version and it also has Audrey Hepburn which is really good

All these two films have in common is they are both westerns with almost the same title. I like the Burt Lancaster one though Audrey Hepburn as an Indian with a British accent raised by whites is hilarious. Audie Murphy got to play a much deeper role than his usual westerns in it. Pioneer life was depicted very realistically. .50 Sharps carbine conversions used in the fights with Indians. Blasphemy I know, but I think the Clint movie was mediocre.

Not blasphemy; the Burt Lancaster UNFORGIVEN was easily the better of the two, but the Clint Eastwood UNFORGIVEN was certainly worth watching.
