Excellent choice! I carry an identical gun down to the aftermarket grips I put on. If some thug is dumb enough to attack her that gun will poke some righteous holes.

We took it to the range today and the trigger job was so worth it. I, and more importantly my wife, think this turned out to be an excellent choice. The DA action is so smooth now. I hope she never has to use it for the purpose it was purchased. I have said this many times that I am a Colt guy and because of that my wife is Colt as well. This gun is a sweet revolver. (I do love taking out my 686's too).
