I work part time at my LGS. I finally learned to buy their guns with their money 
All the employees open carry, and they all carry the latest and greatest fantastic plastic. I was in on Friday and one of the new kids, about 23 YO, was open carrying a four-inch model 10. I commented on it, and he said, "If you can't do it in six, might as well quit". I conceal carry a 1911 or Browning Hi-Power. At 71 YO I'm the old guy on site aka, dinosaur. Life is good, don't give up yet
