I was just in the HEB grocery store and saw that they had their store brand inhalers in stock - the first time in 3 years since COVIS started. They are the ones with real methamphetamine which really works for my congestion.

The ingredient is listed as Levmetamfetamine. I Googled it and it is the L- (left) form of methamphetamine which does not have the high level of euphoria associated with the D- (right) form.
