A couple years ago a co-worker was selling Girl Scout cookies for her daughter. I didn't really want any, but she said I could buy a box and have it sent to an Armed Forces member, which is what I did. I don't know if that's still an option, but might be something worth considering if it is.

When I had by coonhounds they loved the Trefoils, but since they're gone now and I don't need the cookies, last year they had an option where you could donate to send cookies to the troops.

Thanks for the heads up on that. I do not eat sugar so for me the cookies are out. But if you can help out the scouts and the troops at the same time, how do you say no to that!
