Thinking of selling - looking for value /advise

Appericiate any and all input. This just sits in the safe and I'm not a collector. Thinking of selling and would love feedback and value info. In box with paperwork and tools. Model 63 no dash, not pinned. Should I purchase and install the square butt grips for added value?

Where I shop it would sell for $800+/-. I wouldn't bother with changing the grips. Good Luck.

S&W didn't change the revision level when they dropped the barrel pin, they did it when they eliminated recessed chambers on magnums. Rimfires still have recessed chambers today.

Hmmm. The Standard Catalog of Smith & Wesson, 4th Ed., p. 263,
says, "63-1 1982 Delete pinned barrel"
