Broccoli Cat...I mean Chicken.
I think that's a #4 on the local Chinese takeout menu.
We have places here in Louisiana where crawfish cross the road in huge numbers. Could you imagine seeing a "Crawfish Crossing" sign?![]()
My Italian wife in my little workshop with a brand new freshly built target holder we made for our friends last Christmas.
We both love broccoli smothered in cheese sauce. but when I'm getting my IVIG infusions I can't drink beer for a couple of weeks.
That "Crawfish Crossing" sign better be awful low to the ground, otherwise the crawfish won't be able to see it and know where to cross.

I need to take a minute and vent. I have been part of this forum for the last two years and i absolutely love it. Im 37 years old and have been into guns for the last 6 years or so. I own 22 guns in all and 19 are S&W. That being said im on here everyday reading threads and looking at pictures. Im as addicted to it as some people are with Facebook. My problem is i absolutely can't stand when i subscribe to a thread and every tom, dick and harry has to write a 14 paragraph reply that is repeating the same exact thing that the ten previous people said. Do people even read the threads through?? Its seriously annoying. Sometimes i believe less is more and some of u people that hijack threads should pay attention to that saying. Im sure Alot of the people on here are just like me and by the third or fourth 1200 word post get worn out. Honestly, if someone asks a question answer it as short and sweet as possible. Most of the time a novel isn't needed for explanation. Im not trying to be a jerk or anything it just makes it soooo hard to follow along. Just my two cents and im not sorry if i offended anyone
Make up your mind.UPDATE: This thread will also be known as the official broccoli thread.

In case you're not aware a forum is a place to have a thoughted discussion of ideas, not make smart alec comments, I enjoy this forum, like the guys and girls on here, and love pinned and recessed Smiths, and my 3913LS. I have found that people who want to do all the talking are ill informed bores. I appreciate the adult conversation, learn a lot from listening, and have acquired a few great guns from the brotha's. What's not to like?
PS, I've made some great friends on this forum, and found the boys and girls some of the classiest folks I know, lots of ex military, just a nice place to hang out. Billy Magg![]()
In case your not aware this forum is also a place for opinions as are all forums. I will say whatever i want when i want. You apparently didn't understand the post. What im saying is if people actually read threads all the way through there would be no need of rewriting the same exact thing five people already have written. It annoys me!
Seriously folks; I have to go catch a plane to Kuala Lumpur. I will post you a pic of some steamed dumplings. Tragically; they serve neither broccoli nor cauliflour much over there. However they do have a Chili's though and it is pretty much 'spot on'. Most of the food is halal though because, as you probably know, Malaysia is an 'officially' Muslim nation. Funny thing is; you'll see a lot of them smoking and drinking which is, I think, prohibited by the more 'orthodox' Muslims. I find it interesting that less than half the population of Malaysia are ethnic Malays while about 40% are Chinese and the remainder are mostly Indian. Being a kind of 'crossroads' nation near the strait of Molucca has historically given it a quite diverse population and culture. Speaking of the Straits of Molucca, did I ever tell you that I used to be a pirate? Yep, sailed by the name of Captain Cornelius Dog. Once, while observing my crew struggling to eat while handling lines, I modified our foodstuffs for greater portability. That invention is now known far and wide by a short version of my name; "Corny Dog". Now what were we talking about...OH Yea, broccoli. I prefer my Broccoli with American cheese on it. Not velveeta or cheddar. However a rich 'Sauce Beaurnaise' is quite nice - if they get all the lumps out of it and it doesn't have a greasy texture.
I'm sorry, I didn't mean to hijack your thread. Speaking of which, I don't really worry about hijackings when I fly overseas. I mean really; what does anybody have against anybody from Malaysia or Hong Kong (that's where I connect). Most of the people flying in the cattle car section seem to be the less well off types like working Phillipinos. I talk to lots of them, they get jobs in Dubai, Kuwait places like that. They don't pay much by our standards, but its a lot better deal than what they get at home. Plus, the usually get a month off every year and the middle eastern companies pay for them to fly home. Oh, did I ever tell you that I've written several books? The longest is over 1,500 pages and is in it's 18th edition while the shortest is 700+. I also write professional articles and give presentations. I can compose at over 70 words a minute which, by the way, is faster than the vast majority of people can do those speech-to-text software programs. That's why I don't use those. So, suffice it to say that some people are naturally long-winded. I'm one of them. Ask me what time it is and I'll build you a watch every time. Some people are just like that. It's not really a big deal. I always tell people; 'take what you like and leave the rest'. If they don't get through the whole post, well then, perhaps I've done them a disservice by providing a plethora of irrelevant details. Meanwhile, other people might appreciate my interesting and unique insights. Either way, life is short. If it's too short for you to read this whole post then I guess you have more interesting things to do. If you find it interesting, then good for you.

Does anyone know how to remove the internal lock from broccoli ?
Nah, the waste would be if it didn't have a lot of holes in it the next time we see it.That's a waste of a perfectly good piece of plywood.
Pass the asparagus. ~sniff sniff, ewe ~
