Ignoring all the pot posts - who are the "victims"?

"The victims told police" he was shooting out the window.

"The victims heard several shots" before leaving.

If he was shooting at them, then I can see they would be victims.

But if he was shooting somewhere else, wouldn't they just be "complainants", or possibly "witnesses"?

Serious question. Is ANYONE involved in a crime, that is not the criminal, now a victim?

Smoking is discouraged in using cannabis for medical...
vaporizing, ingesting, or absorption(transdermal patch, under tongue, suppositories) are the prefered ways.

But did you know that ONLY smoking marijuana hasn't proved to cause lung cancer?

It's all subjective to whatever "study" you want to believe.

Most studies has been "inconclusive" due to many people who smoke pot also smoke cigarettes and cannabis being illegal. It's best never to smoke anything.. even rabbit tobacco!
