Crazy stuff was happening before the "Chinese Virus" and when it's over ... crazy stuff will still be happening.....IMO, crazy people will still be there to "go-off-the-deep-end" whenever their minds overload.

Everything can't be attributed to the virus IMO.

Case in point; South Dakota is different than the rest of America.
In the begining of the Chinese Virus and now, our Statics are way
better then the rest. We didn't need a "One Shoe" approach. We
took the Guidance, told SD what to do, and took care of business,
taking care of the People of SD.
Most Resilient people in America.

Next, I've practiced and have been in a Mass Causality, and it is
best to Take Charge right away. When things improve then
Command and Control is lessened and Chain of Cmd should
take control.

While we are distracted playing with our masks, every organization is calculating their statistics to show us how right they were and keep us from realizing that we shutdown our economy for a virus that most of us already had and did not even know it. Absolutely, keep the high risk folks safe until there are better treatments, but the danger will not pass for anyone. Shutting down completely was a mistake.

Craziest thing I have seen here is idiots wearing masks.
This does not mean all who wear masks are idiots. But there are some real dolts wearing them around here. An awful lot of them leave their nose exposed and even more have a mask on that does not seal to the side of their face or at the nose.

Anyone who's ever spent working some years in LE can readily attest - ANY widespread crisis, such as hurricane/tornadoes, widespread power outage, pandemic simply 'turns up the dial' on the crazies.
