Those stupid "surveys" you get in the mail

I guess I'm known as a pretty conservative guy, and I subscribe to a few publications that more or less reinforce my views.

What gets my goat is this avalanche of "surveys" asking me dumb questions to which they already know how I will answer. It's like asking the choir if they really like music and singing, and if they do, then send money.

The bottom line on these dumb things is ALWAYS to send them money. And I've never seen the results of any survey yet in the general news - so what good do they do?

I'm sure our liberal friends get the same types of mail - asking Planned Parenthood members if they support a woman's "right to choose," etc., etc., and Democrats if they support putting Bush on trial for war crimes, etc., etc.

All of 'em just seem to be money-making propositions. And I'm also talking about those initiated by the NRA, CCRKBA, Second Amendment Foundation, Gun Owners of America, and so on. Hell, just ask me for money and skip the phony surveys!

Anyone else fed up with these things?

Just use the doantion envelope to send the mail right back to 'em. I just sent a bunch of stuff back the state and national GOP that way(postage due, of course). Sooner or later, it will dawn on somebody that my address is a waste of resources.
