thoughts on 24-3 4" value.....

4" 24-3 made in 1982, ABZ 8087, one of 2,625 made. Great condition with only a couple of small marks. Opened, unused cleaning kit, owners manual and most of the paperwork, no box though. Better looking than the quick pics. Thanks for looking.

These were very hard to locate for a good while after they came out. I finally found a 4" gun from Walter Craig, a distributor in Alabama (?) in October of 1983. It's been fired a lot with cast bullets and shoots quite accurately as long as I use .432" bullets (though .431" are almost as good). From what I can remember, these guns were somewhat under $300.00.

i was going to say $1200 but that was before eggs were $8 a dozen and everything else went up 20%. I understand N frames are particularly sought after these days and that gun has rarity, caliber and barrel length going for it so $1500 sounds about right.
