I am interested in this new model. I think it would be a good companion to my M&P 340. It shoots .22 LR and looks just like the 340 with the concealed hammer and XS sight.

Would you expect the trigger to feel the same? Would you expect the same accuracy?

I'm holding out for the M351c. Same centennial frame, but in .22mag. I would imagine that both have trigger pulls that are pretty heavy. Can't wait to find out though.

I asked a distributor when there were to be available. He said that Smith had just told them April. He also said that they didn't specify the year. I ordered one.

I just got my 58 which I ordered almost one year to the day before it got here.

Thank you! I didn't even know they were coming out with it.

I would expect it to handle and shoot just like the 317, with a fairly heavy trigger pull. It should make an excellent snake and training gun. The black coating seems to be more durable than the clearcoat and the barrel shroud has a nicer look.

Maybe I'll find a nice used one someday! :)

The image is from the S&W web site, I'm sure they won't mind.
