Threaded Barrel for M&P Compact or Full Size?

I have decided to pull the trigger on a Gemtech can. I was thinking of using it on my M&P 9mm compact. Has anyone run a can on a compact M&P? Can anyone tell me a source for a threaded barrel for a compact M&P.

If not, and I have to buy a full size, is there a source for a threaded barrel for a full size?
